This is the amazing Debbie Harry. I painted this canvas with oil over acrylic layers. She's such a sick bitch. She inspires me to wear black and white almost every day of my life. Parallel lines and dark red lipstick with platinum blond hair... simply divine. Thanks Debbie, for your fashion guidance and your epic musical styleings, and for touching my hand this summer at the concert I went to when you were supposed to play with the New York Dolls but they got rained out. That was seriously one of the best nights of my entire life.. and you singing Hangin On the Telephone, Call Me and Sunday Girl... and so many more.. Really, words can hardly describe my idolization.
